When replacing timing chains that many times, it could be the chain
tensioned or just plain OEM junk.

Sorry for yet ANOTHER post regarding my mysterious noise... but now I
actually have reason to suspect its the timing chain... if I decide to swap
it out, it will be my 4th one! Can somone reccomend an alternative perhaps,
or even some sort of a reason for my timing chain going that bad?!
Thanks, I appreciate everything... I am seriously at my whits end, nobody
can seem to tell me whats wrong with the god damn truck, and I cant tell
where the noise is coming frm. I am almost to the point where I'd buy a
crate motor, just to just get it overwith and get it working.
