According to some info I found, concrete and asphault weighs about
140 lbs per cubic foot. So, to make up 3040lbs, you would have had just
under 22 cubic feet. According to my (extremely rough) calculations,
that would put your bed at about 1/3 full.

  So, definitely very possible. :-)

: I would have thought 4220 lbs for a V6 Gen I 4x4 was a lot of curb

: thinking of having it weighed at another station for comparison.

My club cab Gen II V8 with a tonneau, bed rails, spare, full tank
of gas and myself weighs 4200. For whatever that's worth. :-) You've
got a regular cab, but you do have the long bed and 4x4 over me which
will add weight. It could be right.

: Oh yeah - almost forgot - I backed into a couple trees LOL. Kinda have
: a curved bumper now. I know trees arn't a lamp post - but in my book
: its good nuff.

Hee hee hee! Dang, I thought we had cured you of that after you steered
through all those trees at the BBQ without hitting any! :-)
