Sorry, let me explain. If the smooth part of your serpentine belt wraps
around the water pump pulley then it's reverse flow. If you look at your
diagram under the hood you'll see that it is. Most all modern Daks are
reverse flow.

hey, the spec sheet says this thing is "reverse flow"
i dont think the stock one is reverse flow. is it supposed to be reverse?
does that mean i will have to do some modding to un-reverse it, or can it be
installed and work that way?

Subject: DML: flowkooler water pump install
My 99 RC 3.9L V6 auto is leaking fluid out of the weep hole at the water
pump...with only 20000 miles!!!
Im going to splurge on this luxury (flowkooler part 1760) item and do
the
install myself. My question is: 1. Needed to verify the part number
above 2.
will i need to make any modifications during this installation or is
this
just a simple "remove-the-old-bolt-on-the-new" install? and 3. Should i
go
ahead and change the thermostat to a 180 while im taking the thing
apart?
thanks
