4.7 HO has the following: new cam profile, new intake, higher compression,
reworked ports, and combustion chamber.

The 4.7 H.O. is just the cams are different in the lift, duration, resulting
in approx 10-15 Hp more. and more torque.. The H.O comes in the Jeep at the
moment for 02..
