I had this on my 99,and it sounded like rattling tin
cans. I used some locking cable ties,and fastened it
to something solid,can`t remember. Maybe a torsion
bar. Never made any noise again. Just tie it to
anything fairly stationary that is not
exhaust-related,and you`re set. Steve P
