The rule for on ramps is that the on coming vehicle "should" yield to the
traffic in the established lane and merge into it. But I agree with you, a
lot of the folks on 95 are idiots and don't know how to drive worth a rats
a$$. Especially the ones in the Beemers and Lexsux that drive while talking
on the cell phone to their significant other about the rude Dak driver that
had the audacity to blow the horn at them when they were moving onto the
expressway. Didn't I know I was supposed to make a hole for them cause they
are driving a $60K automobile? One of these days, I'm gonna get a horn for
a semi or a locomotive and hook it up on my truck. Might just make 'em
leave a skid mark in their silk undies!!!!!
