Too rich would be black and sooty. This one looks like it's been too lean. I
deally, it should have an overall even light tan color. This one is
white-indicating to lean, so it's been hot. replacing the plug cured it, but
only for a while. That injector code tells us an injector may be failing,
causing the lean/hot condition.
