Well like I said Steve, I am a lead foot, and consequencially I brake
harder and more ofton. And Chicago traffic alone is murder on brakes.
Thus I gave my stamp of approval to the rotors for having survived this
long. I have not visually inspected them for a while. And I did notice
some brake fade compared to what they were like new. The Napa premium
brake pads have performed well too. (cheaper than some of the name
brands as well)

I tried those rotors simply because they were the only ones I could find
for my Gen I, 5 lug wheels LOL. They were also affordable. The fact
they have done well for me is an added bonus. I would be interested to
see how they work for others on the list.

two years ago when I was still driving my 89 2wd daily... I was ignorant
and took it to CarX (Doh Doh Doh Doh!!!)

Two rotors, a set of pads, cliper bolts, two drums, a set of shoes...
AND $800 bucks later... the 2wd sounded like a garbage truck when I
stopped. SCreeeeeeeeeeeech!

I took it back twice to CarX and had them replace the pads (they kept
glazing over) They kept telling me I was hitting the brake too much and
overheating the things. (morons) I drove that truck the same way I
drove it BEFORE I took it to them. I never had any car or truck that I
drove, have that many problems with glazing.

Anyway think I'm talking too much here... Would I recommend those
rotors? yes LOL
