Thanks for the tip Steve. I "assembled" a 2003 Ram 2500 so I could include the
Diesel engine. The 8.0 V-10 adds $600 to the cost over the 5.7 Hemi. The
"base" Cummins is $4,600 over the V-10 and the "high output" Cummins is $600
over the base Cummins. What's really cute is that one can order the Cummins
with the infamous "Jakebrake". Now that would be fun to engage when barreling
down on a "ricer" ! Dennis A.
