Is this Neon a SOHC or DOHC? If it's a DOHC the stock muffler is your
best bet. If it is a SOHC then putting the DOHC muffler on is the best
choice. The SOHC has a single outlet the DOHC has a dual outlet on the
muffler. If he wants to go to an aftermaket catback setup, then the
Dynomax catback.Stay away from the Pacesetter catback, they are junk.
