Sorry to hear it Gary--- file a complaint with Texas state attorney general. Seems that's his way of business right now. It's been exposed on the dephiforums, dodgedakotas.com, RTML, you name it. At this point, it's more of a criminal thing-- Across state lines too...

Even if a person's business is having difficulties-- they shouldn't continue to accept orders... Robbing Peter to pay Paul, so to speak.

That's illegal.
