I don't disagree with you at all as I've known other friends with similar
problems, however, I have to agree with Rick. It doesn't take a lot to
return e-mails and phone calls but it sure saves your integrity by saying a
few words before folks find things out the hard way.

You guys don't hear from me much....so I may not be intitled to say much
about this, but I thought I'd put my feelings on the table.
I never met Bernd, but he has helped me out in the past....I think he's
helped alot of us out in the past.
It has always been my feeling that alot of you guys looked up to Bernd
for his knowledge of our trucks.
Everybody has gifts and folks aren't good at everything.
I've taken great technicians and made them supervisors, and they have
failed miserably.
If I remember correctly, some of us had the same problems with Frank and
Bruce when their
business started to grow.
They got overwhelmed and had a hard time providing the goods on a timely
basis.
I've been through some of this stuff myself and have an idea about how
overwhelming it can get.
I don't think Bernd has run away with anybody's money....nor do I think
he's laying on the beach in Cancun with your money.
He's just a regular guy like us, who had the balls to chase a dream and
has hit a few obstacles.
I don't have all of the facts, Bernd doesn't owe me any money, and don't
mean to piss anyone off .
I'm just sitting here thinking...I've had some of these problems myself,
and I know I'm not a bad guy.
Sometimes when you don't have enough financial backing and unplanned
things come up, things can turn to shit quick.
I don't think Bernd planned any of this, and probably feels terrible
about it
I think once he gets his problems behind him, he'll make good on his
deals with you all
