Jet Module questions..

I just recieved the Jet Module Stage 1 today and installed it in my 02 Quad
cab 4x4 4,7 engine, automatic trans.. Now how long till I feel a
difference, I also reset the PCM , so just drive the truck and i should see
a difference in a couple hundred miles, and has anyone else used this module
in there 4.7? and seen a difference. I filled up the tank with 89 Octane.
