Hey guys, I just installed a new fan to fit my monster
Howe racing radiator. Check it out:

http://www.howeracing.com/radiators/radiators3/indexgmfan.htm

It took 2 weeks to install along with all my electronics and
switches, but finally got it in. Had to fab aluminum mounts,
yada yada and then installed a Hayden thermoswitch kit. I
rigged up something I call a velocity switch that kills the fan
at about 50 mph with the A/C on, since it doesn't need to be
on cruisen the interstate.
Compared to the Flex-a-lite dual fans, there's no comparison!
This single fan must pull 2800-3000 CFM. Its a 15" fan and
with the shroud its 17x18.5x 4.25. The motor by itself is about
3 inches thick. The only thing I have against it so far is.......
<choke> its gm, <hack, cough>. If this doesn't cut it in the
summer, next in line might be a Viper fan.
