It sounds like the piston for your brake master cylinder is leaking by. One
way to test that is to have the truck running press on the brake hard then
use normal force and repeat that a few times. if your brake pedal starts
going to the floor then your brake master cylinder is bad. Another thing you
might want to check is if your brake booster is still doing its job.. just
somethings to look at..
