I've got the new Fram drain valve on my 3.9L V6. Just installed it last oil
change and I'm getting close to due for another, so that'll be the first
one with the drain. I expect I'll be doing the oil sometime this coming
weekend if the weather is good. I can let you know something after that.
FWIW, I did keep the old drain plug just in case it doesn't work out.
