A friend of mine with a 440 in an '89 Dak is using Sanderson block hugger
headers. His truck runs 11.20s at 117 mph in the quarter so they
apparently work better than you might expect from short headers.

I've seen big blocks in other Daks that use the normal full length style
header but don't know the brand. Check with Hooker, Hedman or Schumacher
