Punch: What service are you using? I am on Bellsouth.net DSL. I have a
DSL modem and a network card in my computer. Are you using a network card
or USB? Occasionally I have to reboot my computer and reset the modem
(using the reset button on the back. Westell modem). Then type in
"launchmodem" into Internet explorer address bar to get online. If I can
be of amy help let me know. I just changed from cable to DSL and can't
believe the difference. DSL is much faster. Charter isn't happy but....
