PIAA vs Silver Star was Changing Bulbs on '99 Dakota

I put the PIAA platinum super white 65/55 lamps in my 99 R/T and I don't see
very mich difference from the stock lamps. I wonder if the Sylvania
Silverstar lamps are better?
