It took me FOREVER to figure out how to get the jack out of my 2k. There are
these velcro straps that go thru the metal tabs that are sticking up. The
end of the velcro will probably be buried and be a real pain to find, but
once you do, just pull up on the end and then they should loosen so you can
pull the jack and tools out. It's kind of a bad design. not too user
friendly, especially in the freezing cold and dark.
