If it's cold out, that is your culprit...the moisture in the hot exhaust
condenses in the cool air... but if it's not, does the smoke smell like
anything? I had a blown head gasket once and got a bunch of white smoke that
smelled like maple syrup (coolant)...can you elaborate on this white smoke?
Perhaps pull the plugs and see what the tips look like?
