Well as for that - I remembered a shop where I would feel confidant
where I could get a good and honest inspection. I bought snow plow
parts there earlier in November and I got to talking with the guy who
works there - - I'm sure he would give me an honest review.

As for the window - that I'll get put in writing, that they replace it.

This would not be such a problem for me if I had not had to quit my job
at Napa. I was working there and realized that inorder to get ready for
the move etc - I had to have the time free. I'm working on getting a
job up in Wisconsin where we are moving - but as of now I have not found
anything. (A job is a big problem - no need to tell me the obvious -
cant pay for a truck if I dont have a job)

One way or another I planned to have a family member co-sign.

Ugh - maybe I am in over my head here. (grumbles)
