Bahhahahahaha
I knew it would stir the pot.
Yea, I know for the die hearts fan that oustering Tom Gale/Bob Lutz was a
mistake but it goes back to who was controlling Chrysler before the turn
over. Bob was not in charge at all but a puppet. It was the other two voices
that were running the company. LOL
Yet, I do agree that the blood sucking Jurgen will eventually be gone. The
traitor Bob Eaton will never be heard of again.
In the end, Dieter will control the MOPAR Empire. "And Jon, you will turn to
the dark side in purchasing another Dakota...." LOL

Them's fightin' wurds! ;-)
I assume you are referring to Dieter Z.? If so, I would have to
agree in part; he seems to be making the best of the situation. However,
the situation should never have come to be in the first place. Basically
I look at Dieter as "it could be much worse", but I feel Bob Lutz and
Tom Gale were better for Chrysler.
Chrysler had finally worked through their problems and were on a huge
comeback - their innovation and concept to production cycles were the
envy of the entire industry. They had a huge surplus of capital and
they were positioned for great things. Then, Jurgen Schrempp (Mercedes
Benz) came along, and with the help of a few key Chrysler upper managment
personnel which were esentially bribed with hundreds of millions of
dollars (*cough* *cough* BobEatonYouScumSuckingTraitor *cough*) they
used outright lies and deception to purchase Chrysler. Once they had
control they promptly spent every cent of Chrysler's surplus cash
(something like $10 billion) and filled Chrysler's upper management with
their puppets from Stuttgart. That's just for starters!
DaimlerChrysler may very well trudge along and may come out with some
good products. But it will never again truly be Chrysler until the
malignant festering German tumor is amputated. And until it *is*
actually Chrysler again, I refuse to buy a new vehicle from "that
company". Call me a sentimental fool, but to me, a car company isn't
just a corporation that builds vehicles. I probably couldn't explain
it even if I tried, but it runs deep, and I hate what has happened to
"my" Chrysler.
