I've heard that as well. I had a friend do a V8 swap into an S-10 and he
wanted to "juice" the truck... He had a regular cab and didn't have the room
for the bottle, so he went out and purchased a black diamond plate toolbox
that sits in the bed under the rails. He mounted it at the front of the bed
(it was under the rails and all "stealthy" so you didn't see it) and it
didn't throw off the lines of the truck. He put most of his notrous gear in
the toolbox and locked it. He had a remote bottle opener and all that good
stuff, it worked really well. I thought it was pretty slick myself.
Perhaps that might be something to look into. Just a thought.
