I have heard that in many states it is illegal to have a nitrous bottle in
you vehicle on public roads due to the fact that itis under high pressure
and you car is not licensed to carry things of that nature. Does anyone
know the exact laws...for oh say..I dunno.. the state of maryland? I just
need to know for.... umm..for a friend...yeaaa... a friend. =P
