Dang - my Mud Kings are absolutely terrible in the snow! In 2wd, the
steering wheel has little to no effect on the direction of the truck. :-(
(You've all seen the smashed up fender to prove it.) I thought the
accident was because there was ice, but I drove around a little after
putting the motor back together and these tires are terrible. I think
its a combination of the width and the wide lugs not being able to pack
the snow in for traction.

: Jon...you up for it? Pending a motor rebuild that is...

Heh! Well, I must admit, I *have* thought of doing that in the past. ;-)
I figured it was hard enough to get people to show up to Daktoberfest though,
figured it would be even worse in the winter! ;-) However, if there are folks
interested, we could certainly do something. :-)

It doesn't take a lot on my part (well, it wouldn't if I could keep the shop
clean) ;-) since I'm here already, so if you guys that have to drive for hours
and hours to get here think its worth it, then we could definitely do something.
:-)
