While I am not into these type of lights these are not that bad. I agree
the plastic looks cheap but from your earlier post Steve you mentioned
these are in the development stage so that makes sense. Actually these
are fine since I think they would look pretty good if you can
disassemble them to paint the housing body color.

A better finish on the housing would help that out. Flat gray plastic
looks like...flat, gray plastic. Unless the vehicle is a primer-color
Saturn, those would look out of place IMO.
