Subject: DML: Chrysler Problems with Taking care of the Customer in
Dakota Complaints

I know many folks had complained about this trying to get there Dakotas
fixed. However, it was shame on Chrysler for not looking after the
customer, which does have the highest loyalty rating.

I have a suspicion that going to change next at Chrysler Division. The
division is now return to "BLACK INK" vice Shrempp spending spree (a kid
in
a candy store) during the first year.

Looking Dieter, I would expect to see more changes in the next couple of
years.
