I need to know if "jdbgmgr.exe" is a virus. It has a teddybear incon
that shows up in C:\windows\system32 and also in
C:\windows\lastgood\tmp.sys32. I was told it was a virus that activates in 14
days. I think I've run across this same thing before but can't remember.
