Now you just answered to me why people insist on driving with the hazards
on. People from up north (no offense intended) love to come to Florida,
drive in the rain, go really slow in all lanes of the interstate, and run
their hazards so you have no idea if and when they change lanes. Always was
very shocked by that since here it is against the law to do so. Never knew
you could do it elsewhere.
