   Ahh - my mistake - somehow I got the idea that you were getting the
foam in the oil pan when you drained the oil. If you are just noticing
the foam in the filler tube when you go to add the new oil, then its
definitely just the common "4.7L foamy oil tube" problem - not an issue,
and it won't hurt anything. I believe there is a TSB out on it, but the
fix I think is just to install a baffle that hides the foam - its still
there, but you just can't see it. :-)
