If the engine was hot when the oil was changed, it should drain back
within about 3-4 minutes. If it's cold then the drain back time will be
longer but I don't think it should be over 10-15 minutes it to reach the full
mark.
If you run it for 10-15 minutes to give the oil to reach running
temperature. Then check to see the time takes for it to drain back and up to
full AND it reaches full in a couple of minutes then you have no problem.
What kind of oil are you running (brand & weight) and what is the
