Sounds like a vacuum leak, As long as you're coasting you are pulling
a high vacuum. When you are under load or accelerating, the vacuum falls off.
It could be a vacuum line to the shift diaphragm, the diaphragm itself or the
vacuum reserve check valve letting the vacuum bleed back into the intake
