Hey all... I am facing an ongoing problem with my power mirrors and interior
courtesy lights (as in they do not work!). It started this summer..

I installed a new cd player unit(single dins suck btw, buy a double din) in
my truck. The whole time I was working on it I left the driver and
passenger doors open on my truck, of course this was during the daytime. so
I hadn't noticed that the interior lights kicked out until later that
evening. Since then(approx. june) I have been trying to track this down and
have had little luck.

Has anyone else experienced this and lcoated the problem or a source I can
look at. I can not even turn interiors on from dimmer knob for headlights.
All other lights, cigarette lighter and stereo(retains memory/allows cd
eject even with vehicle off) that are normally on the same fuse set from the
fuse block work as they are supposed to. Also opening doors activates no
interior lights.

I have checked the fuse center under thehood and all test good on OHM meter
and checked every fuse in the fuse center in cab, they also check out good
with OHM meter.

Open to sugestions on this..

TIA,
