I've looked over the FSM...
Check out the gray connector on the radio... Look for the pink wire on it.
trace it back into the dash. That pink wire goes into the "M1 SPLICE" which
is a group of grounds for the exact stuff you said wasn't working.
1st try replacing the "Time Delay Relay" on the fuseblock.
2nd see if you pulled the wires somehow and broke it.
3rd let us know how it goes.
