  I used a kerosene "torpedo" heater temporarily in my shop/garage until
we got the infra red headers put in. They work well, but tend to give off
some decent fumes, and worse are LOUD! Not a big deal if you are by
yourself, but trying to hold a conversation with somebody with that
torpedo heater roaring is darn near impossible. :-) Plus it makes it
hard to hear the tunes from the radio. :-)
