Hypertech Programmer III or Jet Stage II -- which is better?

I'm curious whether anyone knows or cares to hazard an
educated guess as to which product: Hypertech's
Programmer III or Jet's Stage II chip for the 5.9L
engine, would yield better performance (read: more HP
and Torque). Any insightful advice would be greatly appreciated.
