Some of the block heaters I've seen (including, IIRC, the one in the
FSM) are installed in place eof one of the freeze plugs in the engine.
Requires a full coolant drain to install though. Pull out the freeze
plug and put in the block heater version. You could even put in several
this way if you have the home electrical system to support it.
