I've been using the Royal Purple oil now for almost 6 months. No
problems in my wife's 94 Jeep, My '97 Dak, or a few other Dakota's that
we're using it in. (Including a few GM's as well - L98 and LT1
engines.)

They actually run quieter, smoother, and (in some cases)...mileage went
up almost 1 mpg.

You should give new oils a second chance, they may be cleaning up what
