I would have that lifter noise first start of the day with the 3.9 in
Granpa - I just attributed it to the fact that the engine was a peice of
garbage, and was worn out. I've been using Napa gold filters for well
over a year now. Opinions of them? I used Mobile 1 filters for a short
while - when I realized they were more money and heard some talk on the
list about them not being all that great - I switched to the Napa Gold.

One of these days I'll get around to sending a sample of oil out to be
broken down. Maybe even cut into a few filters while I'm at it. First
things first - I need a running engine to try it on heh. (Granpa doesn't
run anymore - - again)
