Blue book tends to be a tad high, while Edmunds tends to be low. If the
truck really is in good condition, $2500 sounds like a pretty good deal as
it should continue running well for years to come with proper
maintenance. (Of course, on a vehicle with that sort of mileage, you
really have no idea what the previous owner has done in terms of
maintenance -- who knows how often that tranny has been serviced. My guess
would be that it would be the first component to fail.)
