It's not their responsibility either. It would have been courteous for any
of them to let the van in, including our fellow DML'er.. but she should
have gotten over earlier. Most of the time when I'm coming up on my turn, I
get into the needed lane at least 1-2 blocks ahead of time, if not more, so
I don't have to deal with that.
