It's mounted in the cab fuse box as indicated in my photo, but you could
mount it any where you want. I would avoid putting it in the engine
compartment though.
It has 4 wires: +12v, ground, signal in and signal out.
You cut the wire (WT/OR) going from the anti-lock brakes terminal 12, to
the Power Control Module Terminal 27.
