Well Rich, that's not 100% accurate. Sometimes they'll ticket the person
who pulled out for "failure to yield". But, you're right, they'll ticket
the person hitting them usually for following too close. How do you follow
someone too closely who just pulled right out in front of you??? Dunno, but
they do it... crazy...

Yeah, you not only have to drive for the other person, you have to be
ticketed on account of their stupidity too.
