Static balancing is when you mount the wheel weights on the inside lip of
the wheel only instead of the inside and outside. Some may argue that you
don't get as good of a balance yadda yadda yadda...but I've never had a
problem with the tires wearing funny or any sort of vibrations whatsoever.
