I average 16-17 empty. Today I averaged 9.8 MPG over 250 miles towing two
snowmobiles on an aluminum trailer (y2k 5spd 3.92lsd). I'm starting to
wonder why the heck I bought a dakota instead of a full size, and am
seriously considering getting a Ram. If I'm going to get that kind of
crappy mileage, I might as well have the extra room and capacity.
