That's about right except it doesn't go into farther detail to explain
what happens to the exported oil. What usually happens is it goes into
an equal quantity system. This mean if I import 100 Barrels of oil to
and give it to the refinery or even my own) I will get 100 barrels of
gasoline out of it or right along those lines. There are some other
factors involved but that is how it basically works.
