Hahahaha
That is what my other said.
This is not the first time of being tailed going through Vista in this car.
However, if it were another car - not a ricer look - they wouldn't even
bothered.

I know what you mean. What did he do wrong that would make you call his
supervisor? Just know that if he gets trouble from you, he will put out
"the word" and all his buddies will look for you.

I knew that Rick....I received 21 Arizonian exhibition of speed tickets at
the ripe age of 17. Maybe that is why I left for overseas. LOL
When you are in the right, they don't have an excuse of being stupid.
However, I will be calling his supervisor today.

If you had peeled out, he would write you for that, its called, "exhibition
of speed, and/or, reckless driving". When you are out late at night,
one-on-one with any cop, play it cool fool.

Subject: DML: Coming Home Tonight - Harrassed by the San Diego Sheriff
As I was coming home this morning around 2:00 AM, driving the rat racer,
some local Sheriff decided it was in his best interest to pull me over.
First as I was driving down Bolbier Blvd. I saw him come out of the
apartment complex. It was then I knew this is going to be a problem.
Making the 'S' bends in the road, running the speed limit, he finally caught
up to me. With the Suzuki lowered, there is nothing more distraction than
some headlights in your rearview mirror and on your rear end. I pulled in
the right lane and then he decided to run his lights.
Pulled in the 7-11 store parking lot, then motor still running, I
automatically reached for the auto paperwork.
As he (Officer Myers) approach my door, I remind him to slow down with the
over weight dangerous Crown Vic Ford wanna-be cruiser unless he wanted to
end up on two wheels. (That was hit in your face approach...LOL)
He asked for the registration and license and I gave to him as I had it in
my hand. I asked him why did he pulled me over since I was not speedy or
violating any law. "WAS IT BECAUSE OF THE CAR PROFILE?" (Ouch! Another
hit the face approach....)
He said, it was due to expired tags. As I indicated, you have the paperwork
in your hands, you can read. (Ouch! Another strike. I was very hot and
bothered, especially tired.) I asked him again, why did you pull me other?
Was it because of the car? I wanted him to admit that the car profile -
RICER LOOK - was the very reason he was behind me in the first place. If I
was driving my other vehicles, Astro van, Dodges, I would not have be tailed
first then license ran through his onboard DMV computer.
Anyway, his bud shows up as a backup but couldn't make the effort to get out
the car. I should have said - "DO YOU NEED A DONUT AND SOME COFFEE?"
I proceed to call the woman to let her know, that I was being harassed by
the San Diego Sheriff and will be late. Has I was talking to her, motor
still running< I could see him coming then stopped...hmm...I bet he was
thinking, big guy, black object in hand, rude, and very unsupported, had a
gun. He stopped as I turned back to show him the phone. HAHAHAHHAHAHAAA
(Dude, you should never trust anyone...)
As I explained, I went to DMV Saturday to renew the tags and it is not
problem to determine why they didn't fulfill there part in ensuring I was
paid in full. As I indicated, you have the receipt or DMV paperwork, it
there mistake not mine.
After a few choice confrontational gestures on both parts, I can see he was
getting annoyed, but being tired, people say the stupid saying (GO FOR IT).
I must have counted five times I said that. Man. Was I being a nerd or a
complete idiot. Hey! Sleep deprived.
Finally he admitted the exhaust note was to loud and that he could write me
a ticket. "GO FOR IT" I remarked. (OUCH...big time slam coming up here).
I will have you in court explaining to the Judge the same thing as I did
with the CHP who tried that and through it out. The exhaust is within the
prescribed law. (Now I am telling him he has no clue about the exhaust DB
range prescribed under DMV code---double whammy on him). Then to educate him
as an officer of the law, I explained, it is not the exhaust noise but all
engine and that this car use to be a SSCA racer. My Dodge truck stock, is
louder than this and draws attention (referring to the Hemi engine-damn
loud) more than the little street rat car.
We went around for the next ten minutes and finally I told him, "...you know
me due to every day - five days a week, I come through here in your beat
area about this time...." (Ok! Now he was turning red. Hey! The officer
should know his beat and cars that drive the same route).
Now complete the saga, I said, ARE WE DONE NOW? (Ouch...slap him one hard
as I looked over to the other patrol car). As I put my paperwork in the
glove box, I back up to his car - should of hit it since it was parked
halfway out in the right lane - made a turned and told the other officer,
"YOU JUST WASTED TEN MINUTES OF YOUR TIME. NEXT TIME FIND SOME ELSE TO DO.
I WILL BE DRIVING THROUGH HERE TONIGHT ...AGAIN!!." (Ok! I think they got
the message - he big - he being nasty - just not worth it....LOL)
However, I was tempted to peel out but decided I wouldn't them to have the
upper hand in this situation.
Gotta go.. need some sleep.
