The Caravan is a front wheel drive, isn't it? A bunch of weight over the
front (drive) wheels? You may have a disadvantage of weight distribution.
Try putting some sand bags in the bed if you're losing traction off the
line.

Her old van doesn't have the overhead cams, either. They give a lot higher
RPM than she can achieve without throwing a bearing or something coming
loose.

I know our '03 QC has tons of power (like 250 hp and 395 ft-lbs of torque!)
and it doesn't wheel-hop or sit there burning rubber, either.

I'd bet on your truck, if I wuz a bettin' man!
