10 mpg sounds about right for driving around town, especially since it's
new, I'm sure he's enjoying the low end torque ;) My '02 R/T has about
17,500 miles on it and I get about 17 on the highway, at least that's what I
was getting before I had to put her into storage :( I don't even bother to
calculate it around town anymore lol 87 is fine, unless he's getting some
pinging, or starts increasing the timing (custom flash, Jet chip, etc.). I
like the thought of having rear discs, but then you have to install a line
lock if you want to do a burnout. Was he able to get one without the
stampede package (I know everyone has their own tastes, but I think Dodge
could have done a lot better)?
